Until last year I lived my entire 40 years in and around the River Valley in Arkansas. Fort Smith to be exact. Fitness paved the way for a quick jump to NWA, which blew the door to KC wide open!!

Kick it with me (and my 2 crazy cats) while I figure out this TOTALLY NEW LIFE. Downtown living, new studios, new hair business, new dating scene, NEW FOOD AND PLACES TO KNIT.
